Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Krawl Edutech, we strive to provide an excellent learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing our courses or services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Course Enrollment

Once you enroll in a course, you will gain access to all the materials associated with that course, and Krawl will begin providing its services as per the Course Description.

2. Cancellation Policy

We offer the following cancellation options only for courses which are taught live depending on the timing of your request:

  • Before Course Start: If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, you may receive a full refund of the course fee, provided the cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
  • After Course Start: Once the course has started, we do not offer refunds. This is because access to the course materials is granted upon payment and enrollment, and you may have already accessed some portion of the content.
3. Refund Policy

There is no refund for courses which are pre-designed and uploaded on Krawl portal and immediately available post purchase. For other courses, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Before Course Start for courses which are taught live: If you request a cancellation at least 15 days before the course begins, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
  • Course Not as Described: If the course does not meet the description provided on the website, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment. In this case, we will investigate your claim, and if validated, a full refund will be issued. You will be required to submit proof of what part of the Course Content does not meet or fall short of the Course Description.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. No Refund Policy
  • After Course Access: If you have accessed any portion of the course content or have started using the platform, we do not provide refunds except in the case outlined above (Course Not as Described).
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, including but not limited to transaction fees or taxes, may not be refundable. Any such fees will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Course Transfer or Substitution

We do not allow course transfers or substitutions once a course enrollment is made. You may cancel your current enrollment as per the above cancellation terms and re-enroll in another course if needed.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

7. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team at info@krawl.org. In your request, please include the following details:

  • Your name
  • Email address used for the enrollment
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
  • Bank account details (account holder’s name, account number, bank name, and branch) from which the payment was made

At Valzhi Alliance Partners LLP (operating as Krawl Edutech), the security of our users’ data and information is of utmost importance. This Security Policy outlines the measures and practices we implement to protect the data, privacy, and security of our users while accessing our platform and utilizing our services.

By using Krawl Edutech’s platform, you agree to comply with this Security Policy, which applies to all users, including learners, instructors, staff, and affiliates.

1. Data Encryption
  • Encryption: We utilize strong encryption methods (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmitted between users and Krawl Edutech servers. All sensitive information, including payment details and personal data, is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access during transmission.
  • Data Storage: Sensitive user data, including personal information and payment details, is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with industry standards.
2. Authentication and Access Control
  • Account Security: Users are required to create a unique username and password for accessing their accounts. We recommend using strong, complex passwords that include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): For enhanced security, we encourage users to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available. MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide a second form of verification (such as a one-time code sent via SMS or email).
  • Access Control: We implement strict access controls to limit user access to their personal data and course materials. Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive systems and user information.
3. Regular Security Audits and Monitoring
  • Security Audits: We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and ensure our security systems are up to date.
  • 24/7 Monitoring: Krawl Edutech uses advanced monitoring systems to detect any unusual activity on the platform. Our security team actively monitors systems for potential security breaches and responds to incidents promptly.
4. Data Retention and Disposal
  • Data Retention: Krawl Edutech retains user data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Once the data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
  • Secure Disposal: When disposing of sensitive information, we use industry-standard methods to ensure that data cannot be recovered by unauthorized parties.
5. Protection Against Cyber Threats
  • Firewalls and Anti-Malware: We use firewalls, anti-malware software, and intrusion detection systems to protect our network and systems from cyberattacks, such as hacking, viruses, and other malicious threats.
  • Regular Software Updates: We ensure that all our software and systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates to mitigate known vulnerabilities.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
  • GDPR and Privacy Laws Compliance: Krawl Edutech adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, and India’s data protection laws. We take all necessary measures to protect users’ privacy and data.
  • User Data Rights: Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data stored by Krawl Edutech. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Security
  • Secure Payment Gateways: All financial transactions on the Krawl Edutech platform are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. These gateways comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to ensure the security of credit card and payment information.
  • Fraud Detection: We implement fraud detection mechanisms to monitor and flag suspicious transactions. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we take immediate steps to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. User Responsibilities
  • Password Protection: Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials, including usernames and passwords, confidential. Sharing or disclosing your login credentials to others is not recommended.
  • Security Best Practices: We recommend that users take precautions to secure their personal devices (such as using up-to-date antivirus software) and avoid using public Wi-Fi when accessing the Krawl Edutech platform.
9. Incident Response and Reporting
  • Incident Response: In the event of a security breach or data compromise, Krawl Edutech will promptly investigate and take appropriate action to mitigate any risks. We will notify affected users if their data is compromised, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • User Reporting: If you suspect any security issues or unauthorized activity related to your account, please immediately contact Krawl Edutech’s support team at info@krawl.org.
